Hair is one of the greatest attributes of a woman. It emphasises the beauty, adds sex appeal and attracts the opposite sex. What should you do so that your hair style looks stunning and delights everyone around you? Meet few ways for a healthy scalp.
First, wash
Use shampoos that cleanse the scalp of sebum and dandruff. Choose those with SLS and soothing action. Cosmetics with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate should be used once a week to avoid excess scalp dryness and irritation. Hair masks, conditioner and shampoo foam rinse with warm water, which will tighten pores in the skin and seal hair cuticles. Avoid hot water – it only causes burns, leads to over-secretion of sebaceous glands and weakens hair.
Second, nourish
Use hair mask and conditioner that matches your hair and scalp type. Apply cosmetics to dry or damp strands, then thoroughly rinse it down. Check if the products you buy contain natural substances which will take care of the scalp. Try also natural hair oils. Coconut oil, jojoba oil and olive oil are recommended for everyone no matter the hair type.
Third, style and colour
Do not use hair dyes with ammonia in the composition as it is proven to often cause irritations and dryness to the scalp and weakens hair. Every two or three months, trim the ends in order to provide hair with beautiful appearance and minimise split ends. After each hair wash, dry hair at the distance of 15 cm with cool air flow. Before you proceed with straightening or curl, use protective cosmetic which will coat strands against high temperature and possible damage. Tie hair in a braid or a bun when you wear a scarf or clothes with a high collar. It is the perfect way to avoid tangling.
Fourth, dietary supplements
Eat fruits and vegetables and raw foods. Every day drink about 1 l of water and to your dinner brew some herbs (nettle, horsetail, chamomile). In the autumn-winter season, complement your diet with supplements. Vitamins and trace elements ingested in form of a pill will have a beneficial impact on your organism.
